Meet Harlene
Harlene's journey began in the realm of nursing, where she dedicated her early career to supporting individuals in addiction treatment facilities, guiding them through the challenging process of medical detox from alcohol and various substances. Her nursing expertise expanded across multiple hospitals in the Greater Toronto Area, working in Emergency Mental Health, Crisis Worker, Paediatric Mental Health, Addictions Medicine, and more.
Now, armed with a Master's degree, Harlene has transitioned her focus to providing one-on-one therapy for clients grappling with addiction and mental health concerns. Having witnessed and supported many others on their journey to healing, Harlene is passionate about creating a space where individuals can rise above adversity and embark on a transformative path to recovery.
